Safety
All our products are assessed for safety as part of a Product Assessment.
In buying from our store you agree that you will not;
Purchase a sword unless over 18 years of age.
Allow children access to a sword unless under parental supervision.
Look at the sun through any magnified sextant , telescope or binoculars or other optical device.
Light an oil lamp unless the oil tank is secured in its holder.
Privacy
Information that you give us is used only for it’s primary purpose. We do not sell or give information to third parties. Your details are known to employees of Saltwater Classics, Commonwealth Bank Merchant Facility staff, our shipping contractor, or other courier services and any contractors of Saltwater Classics such as web site developers. All of these people have access to your information only for the purpose of delivering your orders.
We may disclose client names and possibly addresses to our artists in order to comply with copyright and/or warranty arrangements in respect of art sold to you.

Free Delivery by AIRMAIL anywhere in the world except for books.

Free delivery applies to shipment of goods to the customers delivery address and not to any freight on goods returned for credit.
Returns
You can return any goods upon receipt (within 7 days). No explanation is required. The amount charged to your credit card will be credited. If you return goods at our cost we reserve the right to reduce your refund by the amount paid by us for return freight.
Goods must arrive in our store in the same condition they left other than for any defect or damage advised by you prior to dispatch. Just email us before sending returns. Freight charges on returns are payable by you.
We will examine the circumstances of the return, if we made an error or the goods are defective or damaged on the way to you we will compensate you. Compensation is by a voucher for the amount you reasonably spent on return freight in this case. This voucher comes off your next purchase. Vouchers expire after 2 years.
Pricing
Goods are charged and shipped at the price displayed from our product database at the time of order. We reserve the right to change prices without notice to allow for exchange rate movements and market variables. Product prices will be displayed in the currency of the region nearest to you being one of GB Pounds, US dollars, Euros, Australian or New Zealand dollars. The amount charged to your credit card may differ (by a few cents or pence only) from our display price, due to rounding. prices.
Copyrights and trademarks
Our name board logo is the subject of a registration application. We reserve the right to apply for further trademark registrations or extend existing trademarks. All of the material on our site is covered by one or more rights in respect to intellectual property, copyright or trademark protection. You should not reproduce any material from our site without our consent and in most cases that will require consent by our suppliers.
Security
Your credit card payment is handled in a separate process by our bank. This is designed to give you maximum privacy and protection. Your information is protected by the bank’s electronic security and your credit card details are not stored on this website. Credit card passwords are now available when using your credit card in our store. Please ask your bank about a password on your card to protect you and us from unauthorised use of your card.
Assembly and Use
We have tried very hard to take all the hassles out of using our products. There are no “assemble it yourself” products. The lamps have a bracket to mount on your post or wall and an oil tank that slides in. The boathook is screwed together when first received. All products delivered include advice of a hotline to ring if you encounter a problem.
